Do you like pancakes? I think the answer to this question for most people is a big yes. Whether it's jam, cocoa or any flavouring, almost everyone has a favourite. If you're on a diet, you may have already eaten one of these treats.

In that case, we recommend you try our Protein Pancake, an oat-flour based dessert that can be an alternative to the traditional pancake in an athlete's diet, or for those who are active, or if you just want to supplement your daily protein and fibre intake.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 37 g)

Mix one scoop (37 g = 2,5 tbsp = 1 scoop) with 100 ml water or skimmed milk. Shake or stir vigorously until it resembles traditional pancake batter. Then place in a non-stick frying pan and cook over a medium heat until golden brown on both sides (1-2 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the batter). Experiment with the thickness of the batter, the size of the pancakes and the baking times to get the pancakes you want. Once prepared, store in the fridge and eat within 1 day!

STORAGE

Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. After opening, consume within 6 months.
