• Will I get the 5% discount on my first order after registration?
  Yes! Once you register, you will automatically quality for a permanent 5% discount with the Member Group, which you will recieve on all your subsequent purchases.
• What is vitaCOIN?
  VitaCOIN is a virtual points system. By collecting points, customers are placed in loyalty groups and become eligible for permanent discounts and additional benefits.
• How I can collect vitaCOINs?
  After registration, when you have placed (and paid) your order by logging in on the site, the system will automatically credit your customer profile with a vitaCOIN equal to the value of your shopping cart.
  Orders placed without logging in cannot be added to your profile afterwards, nor can you claim a discount afterwards!
• How are vitaCOINs carculated?
  A vitaCOIN equal to the value of your shopping cart will be credited to your customer profile. Based on your current vitaCOIN balance, you can shop at an increasing discount based on your sales over the last 360 days.
  The vitaCOIN is calculated as follows:
  

  1 EUR = 100 vitaCOIN

  For other currencies used on our site, (HUF, USD, PLN, RON, CZK) the current EUR exchange rate as determined by us.
• Where can I see how many vitaCOINs I have collected?
  After logging in, you will find the relevant information under "Account overview" on the Profile page, where you can see how many vitaCOINs you have collected, your current group and the amount of your discount.
  You can also find this information in the summary as part of the ordering process.
• Where can I see which loyalty group I am in?

• I already have a registration, do I need to register again for discounts?
  No! You can log in with the same email address and password you used when you registered.
• Can I use the discounts on promotional products?
  The discount cannot be applied to promotional products and volume discounts if the discount is greater than the permanent discount rate for the loyalty group. The higher discount rate will always apply.

  For example:

  If a product is 20% off, the 5% discount for the loyalty group cannot be applied in addition. Conversely, if a product is subject to a volume discount and two items are purchased at a 5% discount, but the customer belongs to the VIP loyalty group, they will recieve a 10% discount on the total price of the product instead of 5%.
• Does my discount also apply to the delivery charge?
  Delivery fees and other administrative costs (e.g. cash on delivery) are not covered by the loyalty group's permanent discount.
• Can I use my vitaCOINs for other purposes, e.g. redeem them for cash?
  The vitaCOIN is a virtual point, the only use of which is to track the customer’s loyalty.
• What about loyalty points?
  The current loyalty points system will be replaced by our new loyalty programme, which will offer even greater benefits and better service to our dedicated customers. With the introduction of the loyalty programme, our customers will be credited with a vitaCOIN equal to the amount of the order. Points not used by 01.24.2024 will be converted to vitaCOIN.
• What is special gifts?
  The higher the customer group you are in, the more valuable gifts you can choose to include with your order, and certain products are only available to our loyalty customers.
• Will I be notified when I join a new group?
  Yes. You will receive an email notification from us once you have been added to a new loyalty group.
• How long are vitaCOINs valid?
  The quantity of vitaCOINs received after the current order is valid for 360 days, i.e. 5000 vitaCOINs received on 1 February are active until 26 January of the following year.
• How can I opt out of the loyalty program?
  If you want to opt out, all you have to do is log in to your profile, click on "edit details" and then click on "delete profile" at the bottom of the page.
