DIRECTION (1 serving = 50 g (1 scoop))
1. Porridge: Mix 1 scoop of OatMash® (50 g) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Mix well by spoon until you get a porridge consistency. Wait about 2 minutes. You can sweeten it with a bit of honey and top with fruits and nuts. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your taste.
