Carb part of Hardcore Gain 21 is made up of maltodextrine and dextrose. This combination is perfect for fast recovery after your workout. Depends on physical activity, sports activity and diet. We recommend dividing the daily dose (2 – 3 scoops) into two or three portions and consuming them as a snack between meals
on training days preferentially after the exercise. Mix the content of one scoop with 150 – 200 ml of water or skim milk.
