Using CREATINE MONOHYDRATE Creapure® before physical activity, you can increase your strength and muscle work in shortterm performance of high intensity through the intake of creatine. A positive effect can be achieved by the intake of at least 3 grams of creatine per day.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 5 g)
Use a serving 3,5 g maximum once a day. It is suitable to combine with a consumption of carbohydrates (e.g. with gainers). Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, store at a temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 6 months.
