L-citrulline amino acid is a non-essential micronutrient of which our body, under high stress, typically does not produce sufficient amounts (conditionally essential) and may need to be supplemented. Citrulline is found in the highest amount of all fruits, in watermelon. A synergistic combination of the amino acid L-citrulline and malic acid is L-citrulline malate. Malic acid (malate) is an organic acid found in nature (e.g. in apples). L-citrulline amino acid is a precursor of the amino acids L-arginine and L-ornithine. This formula is particularly popular among athletes.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 3,2 g)
Mix 3.2 g (1 measuring spoon filled to the mark = 1 teaspoon) of powder with 200 ml of water. Use a mixing bottle! Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption amount!
