Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Scientific studies require substances whose active-compound content can be measured and standardised precisely. Acetic acid meets these criteria.

Apple cider vinegar, by contrast, may vary considerably between brands. Its acid concentration, fermentation process and degree of dilution may all differ, making it more difficult to control in a research setting. The underlying mechanisms, however, remain similar, as acetic acid itself is responsible for influencing blood sugar responses, gastric emptying and satiety.
