ZMA® is a unique patent-pending mineral support formula with highly bioavailable forms of zinc and magnesium, including zinc l-monomethionine (L-OptiZinc® – U.S. Patent 5,278,329).

Formulated with vitamin B6 to further enhance zinc and magnesium absorption and utilization.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 3 capsules for men / 2 capsules for women)
