Saw palmetto
The extract of Saw palmetto fruit has been and is widely used (especially by men). The active ingredients in it have beneficial effects on men’s health, especially on prostate function.
Smallflower hairy willowherb Smallflower hairy willowherb is a common plant in Europe, North Africa and Southwest Asia. In folk medicine, it has long been used to preserve the health of the prostate.
