But what is the purpose of all the components chosen for Essential AMINO Energy? Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) are those that the human body is unable to synthesise on its own in sufficient quantities to meet its needs, and must therefore be obligatorily consumed through the diet. It is important to remember that the EAA also includes branched-chain amino acids, known as BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids), and that amino acids are the organic molecules that our bodies use to form proteins. Taken before training, they are used by the body as an energy substrate, helping to counteract fatigue and reduce feelings of tiredness.
On the other hand, the ViNitroxTM polyphenols, a patented raw material of the highest quality, are natural extracts obtained from vine (Vitis vinifera L., seed) and apple (Malus domestica Borkh., fruit). Alpinia galanga, of which enXtraTM is composed, is a plant from the ginger family whose extracts can support and prolong the state of alertness and mental focus. It is therefore of great help during training to boost locomotor and motor coordination activity and, combined with anhydrous caffeine, provides the body with an **boost of energy without the risk of energy and attention collapsing. EnXtraTM is a standardised patent on total polyphenols. Alpinia Galanga is cultivated without the use of pesticides in hilly terrain and harvested by hand.
