Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is one of the most versatile and best-selling medicinal mushrooms and is also known in China as the "mushroom of immortality". The mushroom, also known as Lingzhi, has been an integral part of East Asian culture for more than 4,000 years. The reason is certainly the high number of valuable ingredients.
