Our complex of amino acids combines three amino acids - L-arginine, L-ornithine and L-lysine - which are important for the body, and the semi-essential, proteinogenic amino acid L-arginine has long been our secret component. We use a 100% natural, high-purity base fermented from sugar cane.
The non-proteinogenic amino acid ornithine has the task of converting nitrogenous compounds in the urea cycle so that they are excreted as urea by the kidneys. In conjunction with the proteinogenic amino acid arginine, ornithine is also responsible for the breakdown of ammonia, the end product of protein metabolism.
The protein-L-amino acid lysine is an important building block of protein. However, lysine is one of the essential amino acids that the body does not make, but must take in food.
The complex is supplemented with vitamin C and zinc. The irreplaceable trace element zinc plays an important role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins in humans. In addition, zinc is part of a large number of enzymes. Zinc is therefore just as essential for maintaining bones, hair, skin and nails as it is for the normal function of the immune system.
