The FIRST phase

We recommend Trimester 1 for the first stage of pregnancy. In the FIRST TRIMESTER, the zygote develops into an embryo, the zygote develops into a groove, the blackberry germ and the bladder germ develop and, after implantation, the fallopian tube develops. It is also during this period that the placenta is formed and the umbilical cord establishes a connection between the foetus and the placenta. This is the period of development of the central nervous system.

WARNINGS

It is also recommended to take Trimester 1 tablets before the planned pregnancy because of its high folic acid content, as the amniotic sac is formed by the 6th week of pregnancy, so by the time the mother knows she is expecting, this stage of development is already complete. It is therefore worth starting to consume it before the mother-to-be is actually pregnant.
During pregnancy, folic acid is involved in the growth of maternal tissues (e.g. placenta, embryo, etc.) and in normal amino acid synthesis. Increased amounts of folic acid are needed during the planning period and the first 12 weeks of pregnancy. Zinc plays a role in the maintenance of normal fertility and reproduction, cell division and contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
