Vitaking Supreme C-500 is a select formulation made from high quality ingredients and enriched with high levels of citrus bioflavonoids. Each capsule contains 500 mg of vitamin C and 100 mg of citrus bioflavonoids, including 45 mg of hesperidin and 47,5 mg of rutin.

Hesperidin and rutin are natural bioflavonoids, mostly found in citrus fruits. These colourful plant compounds are found in many fruits and vegetables and play an important role in the absorption and utilisation of vitamin C in the body. At the time, Albert Szent-Györgyi classified bioflavonoids as vitamins (vitamin P), but we now know that these plant compounds are not classified as vitamins, but are still very beneficial to the body.
