Whey protein, like meat, has excellent biological availability, making it one of the best-utilized protein sources for the human body. It is highly digestible and contains a high proportion of essential amino acids—including more than 25% branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) with leucine. Natural sweetener from stevia leaves instead of sucralose
Stevia allows us to obtain a high-value sweetener containing steviol glycosides that does not affect blood sugar levels, is 200–300 times sweeter than sugar, and is considered a safe, calorie-free sweetener of natural origin.
Why doesn’t our protein contain sucralose? Sucralose, currently the most widely used artificial sweetener, is a synthetic compound of chlorine and sucrose. In recent years, several studies have emerged pointing to its potential negative effects on the human body.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 Scoop (25 g))
Mix one 25 g serving (1 scoop/sachet) with 300–400 ml of water in a shaker. After shaking, wait about 20 seconds for the foam to settle. Ideally, pour through a strainer to remove remaining foam.
