Mega Carni 1000 is recommended primarily for workouts at a moderate heart rate*:

• moderate, steady intensity running
• cycling / indoor cycling
• elliptical trainer
• specific forms of fast-paced walking, e.g. Nordic walking
• stair machine

The limits of the aerobic, so-called *fat-burning heart rate range vary from individual to individual. In general, at a resting heart rate of 60-70 BPM, a healthy adult body of ideal body weight should have a heart rate of between 130-150 BPM.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsule)

It is recommended to take 1 Mega Mega Carni 1000 capsules 60 minutes before training. On rest days, a carbohydrate-rich meal is recommended.
