Take one serving (2 g) of Beta-Alanine powder dissolved in 200 ml of water or in your pre-workout drink 15 minutes before training. On rest days, take one dose of Beta-Alanine powder dissolved in any liquid to accompany a meal. The scoop included in the packet is for measuring purposes only, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing!

STORAGE

Store in a sealed container at a temperature between 5°C and 30°C away from direct heat, sunlight and moisture. Do not store for more than 6 months after opening.
