It increases calcium absorption for strong bones and teeth while also promoting proper immune function. Softgels are made with 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3 per serving.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 softgel)
Adults swallow 1 softgel daily preferably with food. Do not exceed recommended dose.
