DIRECTION (1 serving = 2 teaspoons (10 ml))

As a dietary supplement:
• For daily maintenance: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take two (2) teaspoons daily. Children 6-12 years of age, take one (1) teaspoon daily.
• For Intensive Use: Adults and Children over 12 years of age, take two (2) teaspoons four (4) times daily. Children 6-12 years of age, take one (1) teaspoon two (2) times daily.
