Shake well before use. Once daily, take directly by mouth. Use the following dosage chart to assess dosage or dose as recommended by physician or healthcare professional:
Infants (6-12 Months): Up to 4 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 10 mcg: Vitamin K2 MK7: 40 mcg)
Children (1-13 Years): Up to 6 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg: Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)
Adults (14+ Years): Up to 8 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 20 mcg: Vitamin K2 MK7: 80 mcg)
Pregnant/Lactating: Up to 6 Sprays (Vitamin D3: 15 mcg: Vitamin K2 MK7: 60 mcg)
