The 500 mg of cinnamon extract in a daily dose of this product is equivalent to 1500 mg of cinnamon powder. The 200 mg of ginger root extract in a daily dose of this product is equivalent to 2000 mg of ginger powder. 100 mg of dill extract in the daily dose of this product is equivalent to 1000 mg of dill powder.

Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and is involved in the normal metabolism of macronutrients. The organic chromium from chromium picolinate has a better utilisation than inorganic chromium (chromium III chloride) compounds.

Cinnamon may contribute to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and healthy carbohydrate (e.g. sugar) metabolism.

Dill seed may aid digestion, helping to support normal liver function.

Ginger may contribute to normal digestion.

The chromium in this product contains only organically bound, highly utilizable chromium picolinate.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 2 tablets)
