GAL Vitamin A drops (30 ml)
What is it good for?
Supports vitamin A intake, healthy vision and normal immune function.
Who is it recommended for?
Recommended for people who consume little liver, carrots or pumpkin, especially those also supplementing with vitamin D3.
Key active ingredients per serving:
Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) 10 000 NE / 3000 mcg RE (NRV* 375%).
Directions:
Take 1–10 drops daily, depending on the vitamin A content of your diet and your vitamin D3 intake.
Other features:
Gluten free, Dairy free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Non GMO.
Liver is not only the richest source of ready-to-eat vitamin A, it's a real nutrient bomb.
Steamed carrots and pumpkin are also a great source of vitamin A (via carotenes), which also contain many other beneficial nutrients.
So it's better to get our vitamin A needs from these than to replace them. Unfortunately, many people dislike or avoid liver, while carrot/pumpkin consumption is not preferred. For them we recommend our product, especially if they also take vitamin D3. We recommend supplementing them with the same or up to twice as much vitamin A IU as the amount of vitamin D3 IU they consume.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 1-10 drops)
We recommend consuming 1-10 drops per day, depending on the vitamin A content and vitamin D3 intake of your meal.
STORAGE
Store in cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
WARNINGS
The dietary supplement does not replace a balanced, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.
