The capsules can be taken during a meal with a few sips of liquid, preferably at breakfast or lunch, and not at dinner. All capsules can be taken at the same time, but due to the high vitamin and mineral content, it is preferable to take the two identical, smaller, orange capsules with each meal, so take them separately, for example only one at breakfast and the other at lunch.
