GAL Shoden® Ashwagandha (60 Capsules)

Shoden is a new type of ashwagandha extract, praised mainly for its unprecedentedly high active compound content. While this is true, it’s not the most important factor. What truly makes Shoden remarkable is highlighted by, among others, a 2023 clinical study: when compared to a traditional ashwagandha extract with the same active compound concentration and dosage, Shoden demonstrated 18 times better bioavailability.

It is extracted using both alcohol and water, utilizing the most advanced extraction technologies. As a result, it delivers an even broader spectrum of active compounds than Sensoril, which—until now—was considered the most comprehensive water-based extract. This broader range may lead to even stronger synergistic effects on absorption.

Beyond the advantages of the advanced extraction method, it has also been scientifically verified that Shoden not only contains significantly more active compounds, but also a greater diversity of them than previous top extracts. This is clearly demonstrated through the comparison of their chromatograms.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsule)

Although ashwagandha is typically taken on an empty stomach, this is less important in the case of Shoden. Even 1 capsule per day can be beneficial, but we generally recommend taking 1–2 capsules in the morning, and the same amount again in the evening if needed, about an hour before bedtime.

Depending on your goal, it can also be taken at other times—for example, before exercise. Do not take more than 4 capsules at once, and no more than 4 capsules per day.
