Our GAL Multivitamin has been developed based on the latest scientific research, with a strong focus on naturalness and real-life applicability. It is designed to provide all vitamins, minerals, and trace elements in optimal forms, amounts, and ratios—closely reflecting what could be achieved through a consistently nutrient-dense and varied diet. Where beneficial, vitamins and minerals are partly derived from extracts of organically grown medicinal and culinary herbs.

When determining the dosages, it was essential for us to ensure that the daily serving provides effective amounts, while never exceeding realistic intake levels—meaning amounts that could not be achieved through diet alone. Equally important was to ensure that, alongside carefully selected ingredients, the product contains no unnecessary additives. You will find no such unwanted substances in our formula.

Recommended dosage:

All four capsules can be taken at once with any main meal during the day however, it is preferable to take them in the morning or daytime rather than in the evening.

To maximize absorption and/or if you have a sensitive stomach:

• Take the white capsule on an empty stomach, or 2–3 hours after a meal.
• Take 1 yellow capsule with your first main meal and 1 with your second main meal.
• Take the softgel oil capsules with any main meal, preferably the one richest in fats, but not in the evening.

Optional supplementation recommendation: If you do not consume saltwater fish/seafood 1–2 times per week, we recommend GAL Omega-3 Eco.

If your diet is not rich in magnesium (i.e. does not regularly include wild meats, cephalopods, shellfish, leafy greens, quinoa, or pumpkin), we also recommend taking a high-quality magnesium supplement we offer two options in our range.

Alternatively, in such cases, we recommend switching to GAL+ Multivitamin, which also includes these additional nutrients.

STORAGE

Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Cut open the sachet inside the box along the indicated notch using scissors, then carefully reseal it afterwards to keep its contents consumable for up to three months. The silica gel insert in the product serves to absorb environmental moisture, helping to preserve the capsules’ optimal quality.
