Boswellia, also known as Indian frankincense, is an herbal extract obtained from the Boswellia serrata tree. Double Wood’s Boswellia is standardized to 65% boswellic acid, which is the active ingredient in Boswellia Extract believed to provide most of its benefits. DIRECTION (1 serving = 2 capsules)

To support joint health, take 2 capsules (1000 mg) per day with or without food. It is not recommended to exceed 4 capsules per day.
