Beta Ecdysterone is a naturally occurring compound found in plants and insects, which has recently become popular as a supplement for supporting optimal levels of male hormones and post-resistance training recovery. Beta Ecdysterone is a fairly new supplement but the research that has been published so far shows exceptional benefits. One study on Beta Ecdysterone found a 20% increase in protein synthesis via stimulation of the PI3K pathway. Another study found that after 10 weeks of Beta Ecdysterone use combined with resistance training participants gained nearly 2 kg in lean muscle mass.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 2 capsules)

For hormonal support or post-workout recovery, we recommend taking 1-2 capsules of Beta Ecdysterone per day with or without food. We don’t recommend exceeding 4 capsules per day as Beta Ecdysterone hasn’t been heavily researched at high doses.
