ALLNUTRITION Coconut Oil is a high-quality refined coconut oil. Coconut oil is a 100% natural product. It is perfect in the kitchen and can be used as a substitute for traditional rapeseed oil for frying and cooking, or even instead of clarified butter.

ALLNUTRITION Coconut Oil is commonly used for frying. Refining is a complex process involving high temperatures and chemicals – most often hexane. During refining (purification), part of the tocopherols, polyphenolic compounds, and sterols are removed.

Although lower in quality compared to the unrefined version, its strength lies in its versatility. It can be used in “raw” dishes, such as salads, to support the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), as well as for frying, cooking, and grilling. It can be stored for a long time at room temperature without going rancid.
