If we were to examine these products from a biological point of view, it would quickly become apparent that they are 'the worst of everything, and in minimal concentrations'. Indeed, if we wanted to give our children all the micronutrients they need (vitamins, minerals, trace elements), a large handful of gummy bear sweetness would be inadequate, simply because the physical size of the substances needed is also significant. The situation is no better for various products disguised as over-sweetened syrups and soft drinks.

Do not mix any of the products in hot drinks, because the active ingredients are sensitive to heat!
IMPORTANT: if it is not possible to closely follow the instructions for use, then separate the multivitamin products from each other in time, min. It is advisable to take it 30 minutes apart. If this is not possible, the entire daily dose can be taken at once.
The consumption of a dietary supplement does not replace a balanced, varied, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. If you are allergic or hypersensitive to any product component, do not use the product! It is highly recommended to separate the intake of dietary supplements from the consumption of coffee. At least half an hour before drinking coffee or after drinking coffee min. It is advisable to take it after 2 hours. It is not recommended to take dietary supplements with milk-based products!
