The WTN Multivitamin is a breakthrough in that, unlike other "traditional" multivitamins, it pays attention to antagonistic effects! And importantly, many micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements) inhibit the absorption and subsequent bioavailability of each other (called antagonism), so if they are next to each other in a capsule/tablet they will not be used at all or with very little effect! In its development, nearly a thousand scientifically proven interactions have been taken into account. This method is called the WTN Effect-Separating Procedure™, whereby micronutrients with antagonistic effects on each other are delivered to the body in a time-apart manner, thus minimising the inhibitory effects of absorption and bioavailability. If you're going for convenience, then of course a single capsule/tablet multivitamin is a good option. However, the latter is only a conscious choice if you know that it will not give you the micronutrients you need: not everything you need will fit in a capsule/tablet, and what is in it will not be absorbed and used well for a number of reasons (one of the most important being antagonistic effects).

As with all vitamins and multivitamins, use as a course is recommended. After a few months of use, it is worth taking a break. The suggested use of the four WTN multivitamin products is not necessarily the most convenient, but in terms of efficiency, it is the most expedient to take it this way, broken down into times of day:
During breakfast, 2 capsules
After breakfast, 6 pumps of liquid, administered under the tongue. Shake before use!
After lunch, 2 capsules
During or immediately after dinner, 4 capsules
IMPORTANT: If it is not possible to closely follow the instructions for use, then separate the multivitamin products from each other in time, min. It is advisable to take it 30 minutes apart. After opening, consume the Multivitamin Complex within 3 months!
