Hydrophilic (yellow), Lipophilic (brown) and Vitamin C (white) capsules - an economical and environmentally friendly "refill".
After use, please squeeze most of the air out of the sachet and then carefully retighten the seal.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 90+180+90 capsules)
All four capsules can be taken at the same time with any main meal during the day, but it is better taken in the morning or during the day than in the evening. If you want to maximise the absorption and/or have a sensitive stomach, take the white capsules on an empty stomach or 2-3 hours after a meal, 1 of the yellow capsules with your first main meal and 1 with your second main meal, and the soft gelatine oil capsules with any main meal, but best taken at the fat-richest, non-evening meal.
