Maltodextrin is an unflavoured polysaccharide made up of glucose units. Because maltodextrin is made up of glucose molecules, it is a rapidly absorbed form of carbohydrate.

It is recommended for occasional use, mainly after exercise to replenish glycogen stores or during prolonged intense exercise during training.

Maltodextrin is a multi-purpose product that can be individually tailored to fit into anyone's sports supplement repertoire.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 30 g)

Mix 1 portion (30g = 3 level tablespoons) of the product with 250 ml of water or liquid of your choice in a mixing bottle. On training days, take one serving within 4 hours after intense training, or during training in case of prolonged training. Consume 1 portion on the morning of rest days after intense training days.
