Hemp Seed Oil
Hemp seed oil contains high levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Essential fatty acids are also essential for the production of healthy skin cells and for maintaining healthy skin. Hemp seed oil contains the most ideal ratio of these fatty acids and is therefore able to improve critical skin dryness that can occur as a result of eczema or dermatitis.
