It is recommended to use creatine for 8 weeks and then pause for a few weeks.It is desirable to use 15 – 20 g (15-20 cps) of creatine the first 5 days, spread evenly during the day, eg. 5 g (5 cps) 3 – 4x daily.Then follows the maintenance phase, usually 5 g (5 cps) daily (for bodyweight 60 – 80 kg).Intake of creatine is the most important 30 min before exercise and immediately after that.This use is suitable primarily for strength training.
