DIRECTION (1 serving = 25 g (1 scoop))
Mix 1 scoop (25 g) with 200-300 ml of water and drink 30 minutes before physical performance. To change the flavour and sweetness of drink change the amount of water used for preparation. Do not exceed 1 scoop per day!
