DIRECTION (1 serving = 50 g)

1. Porridge: Mix 1 scoop of OatMash® (50 g) with 200 ml of hot water or milk. Mix well by spoon until you get a porridge consistency. Wait about 2 minutes. You can sweeten it with a bit of honey and top with fruits and nuts. Mixing ratio can be changed according to your taste.

2. Oat Drink: Mix 1 scoop (50 g) with 300 ml of water or milk. Use a blender or hand held shaker, mix for 30 seconds. You can also add OatMash® to your favourite protein cocktail.
