Extract of the rhizomes of the Wild Yam, Dioscorea Villosa. Wild Yam extract contains glycoside and steroidal saponins, diosgenin, alkaloids, tannins, phytosterols and starch.
DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsules)
Take 1-2 capsules daily before workout. During non-working days take 1 capsule in the morning with meal.
