DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 capsule)
1 capsule daily, preferably before meals, swallowed with plenty of water. If swallowing is difficult, the contents of the capsule may be mixed into a cold meal or drink and consumed immediately. It can also be used during antibiotic treatment, but should be taken 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking the antibiotic. Long-term use is recommended. Use from 3 years of age.
