7 USES FOR HEMP SEED OIL IN SKIN CARE
1. Soothe dry skin - Massage the oil into dry, cracked skin. For deep conditioning, if it's your hands or feet, put on gloves or socks after oiling and let the magic work its magic.
2. Strengthens nails and heals cuticles. Massage a small amount of hemp seed oil directly onto the nails and cuticles - it's good for both your hand and toenails.
3. Removes make-up. Hemp seed oil dissolves oils and waxes in make-up, especially in the case of stubborn eye make-up, for example. Gently massage a small amount of oil into the skin and wipe off with a cotton pad or soft tissue.
4. Night mask. Massage hemp seed oil into cleansed skin before bedtime.
5. Facial steam. Massage a tablespoon of hemp seed oil into dry, clean skin for a few minutes. Then place a warm but not hot cotton towel on your face and leave it on until it cools down. Wipe over with the towel. Repeat with another warm cloth until you can wipe off all the oil.
