Add 25-25 ml of both concentrates to any amount (0.5-1.5 liters) of non-carbonated water. Doses can be easily measured using the cap on top of the concentrates. Consume them in equal proportions throughout the day. Herbal drinks can be enriched with orange, lemon, lime and/or cucumber rings, and also seasoned with mint or lemongrass leaves.
