SOLUBLE FIBRE FROM PLANT FOODS

Soluble fibres stimulate the growth and activity of bacteria that are beneficial to us and ferment to short chain fatty acids ((SCFA) butyrate, propionic acid, acetic acid). They contribute to healthy digestion, immune support, blood sugar regulation, weight control and bind to fatty substances in the digestive tract, including cholesterol and toxins, helping to eliminate them.

APPLE PECTIN EXTRACTED FROM APPLE PEEL

Pectin is a water-soluble fibre in the cell wall of plants that gives the plant parts their strength. When mixed with water it has a gelling effect, increases stool volume and reduces transit time. It slows down the emptying of the stomach so that the feeling of fullness is maintained for longer.

FIBREGUM™ ALL NATURAL ACACIA DIETARY FIBRE

FibregumTM is a natural dietary FODMAP fibre derived from acacia wood, 90% of which is guaranteed to be in a water soluble form. Thanks to its branched molecular structure, it ferments gradually and slowly in the colon, where it does not cause discomfort.

MEDICAL LEMONGRASS EXTRACT, STANDARDISED ROSEMARY ACID

Rosmarinic acid, the antioxidant active ingredient in lemongrass, is a compound with antiseptic properties for the digestive tract, helps in cases of nervous indigestion, and is a sedative and antispasmodic for the gastrointestinal tract. It helps to restore the balance of good and bad bacteria, reduce inflammation, and reduce bloating or abdominal cramps.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 40 ml)

40 ml per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach, with about 1 dl of water. Shake before use!
