Since we are just as old as our cells 'feel', grape seed extract should be an absolutely essential part of anti-ageing treatments. It delays ageing, strengthens the vascular wall, improves circulation and regulates blood pressure. Restores elasticity and moisture to the skin by strengthening the collagen matrix in connective tissue fibres. Repels rosacea with 1500mg of vitamin C daily.

2x1 tablets daily, preferably at the same time, swallowed with plenty of liquid. OPC should be taken before or between meals, as it binds to proteins in the intestinal tract, which does not help to optimise the effect. Only 24% of the active constituents of grape seed extract remain in the body after 24 hours. It is therefore very important to take the extract at the same time every day.

Dosage period: minimum 60 days, maximum 90 days. It is recommended to take 3 mg of pure OPC per kg of body weight, which is 180 mg for 60 kg.
