Arginine is an amino acid that is produced in the pituitary gland, so it can be said that it is basically a non-essential nutrient, but it may not be able to be produced in sufficient quantities by the body in times of high demand, so it may need to be taken externally (conditionally essential), preferably in supplement form. One of its most important roles is in the synthesis of nitric oxide, also known as nitric oxide or NO.

DIRECTION (1 serving = 2 g (0,5 scoop))
Mix 1 serving (2 g = half a measuring spoon = half a tablespoon) of powder with 400 ml of water or any soft drink. On training days, take 2 servings, 1 serving 30 minutes before training and 1 serving before going to bed. On rest days, take 1 serving before going to sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption amount!
