DIRECTION (1 serving = 15 g)

The recommended dosage for adults: 2 daily doses (2x15 g = 30 g) of the product for at least 5 days. Pour 200 ml of water into a clean glass or shaker! Add 1 portion (15 g = 3 measuring spoons = 3 tablespoons) of product. Mix thoroughly with a shaker or spoon! Mix again after 1 minute! Store the dissolved preparation in the refrigerator and consume it within 24 hours!
