DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 coffee capsule)
In order to distribute the collagen content perfectly, tap the bottom of the capsules against a hard surface before use, otherwise the capsule may be more difficult to wash than usual. Brew the capsule with the espresso program (30 ml) of your Nespresso® compatible coffee machine and consume it according to your taste! The capsules do not contain milk powder or sweetener!
