DIRECTION (1 serving = 1 scoop (6 g))
Mix one serving (6 g) of BCAA+GLUTA powder with 250 ml of cold water and consume before, during or after training. Alternatively, you can take it between meals. The scoop included in the pack is for measuring purposes only, always use a digital gram scale for accurate dosing!
