Iodine is an essential trace element essential for humans, and the body requires two forms of it: iodide and elemental iodine. Both forms are found in the best natural and artificial sources of iodine, but elemental iodine has an unpleasant taste and smell for many people and is highly volatile. Our full spectrum iodine complex is therefore formulated without elemental iodine in its base form, but with a release of elemental iodine when it encounters stomach acid. It contains iodide even after the transformation.

Consumption recommendation:

1 drop per day is recommended. The daily dose can be taken at any time, but it is best taken before or during a meal, after the first 1-2 meals, by dropping into water. If you are taking vitamin C or acetylcysteine, take them separately in time, at least half an hour apart!

This product is intended as a general iodine replacement product and is not suitable for iodine prophylaxis in the event of a nuclear emergency (radioactive iodine). If such an event should occur - which we very much hope it will not - the competent authorities will have provisions for the distribution of the high-dose iodine tablets to be used and for the implementation of iodine prophylaxis.

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption amount! The dietary supplement does not replace a balanced, mixed diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not consume in case of hyperthyroidism, if you have autonomous hormone-producing tissue in your thyroid gland or ovaries, or if your selenium intake is low!
