Even according to the EFSA, the recommended daily intake of choline is at least 400 mg for adults. 1 egg yolk contains 100-150 mg of choline, while 10 dkg of liver contains 200-450 mg. Other foods are low in choline (apart from caviar, marrow and a few uncommon foods), so those who do not eat 2-3 egg yolks per day + preferably at least once a week liver will find it difficult to reach even this 400 mg per day. Consumption recommendation:
6-28 drops daily in one or more doses. Do not consume in concentrated form, always mix with liquid or food. Because of its salty taste, it does not spoil the taste of soup in small quantities and can also be used in baking and cooking. However, if you consume more than a few drops at a time and don't like the taste, it is recommended to drop only 1-2 sips into a liquid and to quickly sip it between two meals or before a pleasantly flavoured drink.
