Medium-chain fatty acids do not require bile acid for digestion, so they provide energy more quickly, also in the form of ketone bodies for the brain. There are 3 types of these fatty acids, of which caprylic and capric acids provide most of the ketone bodies, while lauric acid provides fewer. Our product therefore only contains caprylic and capric acids. Coconut fats contain mainly lauric acid, while tea butter/ghee contains more of the other two in proportions. In our product, we have added ghee extract to the MCT oil made from RSPO certified (sustainable sustainable farmed, "orangutan friendly") palm oil extract for better results and taste. It can also be consumed by people with dairy intolerance (milk protein and lactose free).
DIRECTION (1 serving = 10 ml)
Consume only 10 ml at a time per day, even less at first until you get used to it.
