Let's take a closer look at what an EAA is
Every cell in the human body contains proteins (proteins build our organs, our hair-skin-torso), and proteins are built by amino acids. There are essential and non-essential amino acids. Our body needs all of them, the main difference is that essential amino acids (Valine-Leucine-Isoleucine (BCAA), Lysine, Histidine, Phenylalanine, Methionine, Tryptophan, Treonine) cannot be produced, whereas non-essential amines (alanine, arginine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cystine, cysteine, glycine, glutamine, glutamic acid, proline, serine, tyrosine) can be produced by our own body from vitamins and other amino acids.
Essential amines must therefore be obtained from external sources through diet and supplements. As a vegan on a special diet, you need to pay special attention to this!
